If I could be anywhere right now, I would be in this moment. I would be present in this moment. I would be in my body. Physically, I am, but mentally, I am in so many places. I am anticipating my arrival home. I am thinking about an upcoming meeting. I am planning my selection at breakfast tomorrow. I am replaying the events of the day. I am ruminating about the disparity between my self-perception and social perception. I am in so many places, but I want to be in just one.
