4. What is your mental state at the moment?

5. Are you happy with where you’re at? If so, what can you do more to ensure that you are consistently where you want to be?

6. If no to question 5, what can you change/improve?

7. Is there anyone you can reach out to for help?

8. What resources are available to you at the moment to help you to get point B?

9. What’s the most important thing to you right now?

10. What do you have to give up to be where you want to be?
