[/trx_title]An alternative for therapy, WOWhouse provides a cheaper, more dynamic, type of group therapy where women can come and talk in a safe space, detox negative emotions, meditate and participate in artistic healing activities, leaving happier, healthier and more well adjusted to the demands of life.

How It Works

[/trx_title]- Instructor opens the class with words of wisdom, introduction, etc.
- Women set intentions for their session.
- Women place their feelings or affirmations in a jar collected by instructor and kept for future classes.
The Benefit
[/trx_title]Slowly eases the women into the sharing mode, getting them comfortable and thinking about their emotions and feelings. Like a warm up, it slowly awakens the senses so they head into the second stage already in a more sharing/expressive and comfortable mood
Phase 2: The Detox

[/trx_title]- Girls split into groups of 4
- Leaders are decided within each group
- Leader reads from group talking prompts and helps keeps the convo flowing
- Women can choose to share or sit and listen

Phase 3: The Strengthening

[/trx_title]- Planned activates around session’s theme for women interested in trying other therapeutic techniques.
- Activities help women work through current emotional issues or install good habits for ones they will encounter.
- Activities enhance lesson and promote healthy habits.

[/trx_title]Gives women the time and space to work on healing habits and activities that promote a healthier lifestyle. Puts abstract concepts into tangible practice that they can bring home and conduct regularly as they feel certain emotions rising.
Phase 4: The Reset

[/trx_title]- Every session ends with 5 minutes of group meditation.
- Instills the mindfulness habit in women – adding added value to sessions.
