Phase 1: The Warm Up

  • Instructor opens the class with words of wisdom, introduction, etc.
  • Women set intentions for their session.
  • Women place their feelings or affirmations in a jar collected by instructor and kept for future classes.

Slowly eases the women into the sharing mode, getting them comfortable and thinking about their emotions and feelings. Like a warm up, it slowly awakens the senses so they head into the second stage already in a more sharing/expressive and comfortable mood

  • Leaders are decided within each group
  • Leader reads from group talking prompts and helps keeps the convo flowing
  • Women can choose to share or sit and listen
