    First of all I have to tell you I admire you through your posts, because I can a connect with the thoughts and feelings!! Keep on!!

    I love the word resilience cause it reminds me of my Grandma who once told me: “My dear love, in order to live life to its fullest you need to ADAPT, that’s the most important thing; cause what is always constant is CHANGE… that’s the “key” in order to be in peace with yourself … I understood this not to long ago and now I’m 93 years old …”
