@theclassbytt is a spiritual and physical movement that’s changing the way women not only work out, but connect back with themselves. If you haven’t heard of it, it is a practice of self-study through physical conditioning. A mix of yoga, cardio and mindfulness, this new type of ‘class’ invites one to witness their resistance to discomfort. Its founder, Taryn Toomey, and her 16 teachers are some of the most physically, mentally and spiritually engaged women I’ve ever come across. During the class they’ll make you sweat, cry and scream.
